Policies
·          Credit Card are charged when credit card orders are placed.

Manufacturer’s warranties in effect at time of purchase will apply.

All defective products are handled by a plus, inc., not the manufacturer (call or email for assistance).

All defective returns are handled on a repair/replacement basis.

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, and product must be in original packing and undamaged.

All non-defective returns subject to 25% re-stocking fee.

All returns must have Return Merchandise Authorization Number (see below).
·          All order cancellations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

Return Policy
·          All defective returns handled on repair/replacement basis

We want our Customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. Return instructions are available by email.  All returned products must be in original factory condition, in which they arrived to Customer. Return shipments must be paid by Customer returning merchandise. a plus, inc. does not accept COD shipments. Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) must be obtained by E-mail at returns@aplusinc.net.  Customer MAY NOT return burnt, used, or special order merchandise.  a plus, inc. cannot refund shipping costs.  New merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase.  You will be notified of your refund by E-mail, once we have received and processed the returned merchandise. 
a plus, inc. will not issue credits until the merchandise has been received and inspected for damage.  All returned merchandise must be in original packaging.

Shipping Policy
PLEASE INSPECT ALL PACKAGES FOR DAMAGES BEFORE SIGNING FOR THEM.  IF DAMAGED, THEN REFUSE.  Do not sign for any packages that you have not inspected for damage.  Please open all packages and check for damage to the merchandise before accepting.  If merchandise is damaged, refuse it. If driver will not allow thorough inspection of merchandise, please write ‘CARTONS DAMAGED’ clearly on the delivery receipt.  If there are any signs of damage on the package, such as scratches, dents, holes, marks, or any other possible signs of mishandling, please make sure driver waits for you to complete inspection of packages.  If an item has concealed damage, please notify us within 24 hours so a claim can be made.  If concealed damaged merchandise is received, you must hold original packaging and merchandise for inspection, OR ELSE NO CLAIM, REPLACEMENT, REFUND, OR EXCHANGE CAN BE MADE.  All shipments requiring LTL delivery are delivered to your garage only (you are responsible to off load from end of truck). Your driveway must be paved.  Packages will not be delivered in home or upstairs.  Neither a plus, inc. nor the trucking company will be responsible for damages made to any package that was not moved from the end of a driveway by the Customer.  If you have any questions regarding this policy or if you receive damaged products please contact a plus, inc. immediately at 1-877-628-1628.

When your order is complete you will receive an E-mail with a link to confirm your order.  You will be able to view and print a copy of your order from there.
We ship all orders as soon as possible, and use the most reliable carriers at our disposal.  Most orders are delivered within 7-10 business days.  Please contact our sales department to verify item availability before placing you order.
